Smart Brown Catering Catering is owned and operated by qualified, experienced caterers Brett Smart amd Kate Langan Brown. Both Brett and Kate have worked for large corporate caterers prior to establishing Smart Brown Catering in 2000.
The team's inspiration to set up its own business was to provide catering of the highest standard using freshly sourced ingredients to create fresh, quality handmade products.
Between them, Brett and Kate have 40 years experience. They operate out of the Box Hill Town Hall where they hold a Five Star rating with the City Of Whitehorse.
